Who are Abell Building Services?
You can find profiles of some of our team members under ‘About Us’, including site manager and company director Ryan Abell. Ryan has over 15 years’ experience in the building trade, with full City and Guilds qualification in carpentry and an NVQ in electricals. You can also see our other tradesmen and apprentices, along with a profile of our office manager Claire. We aim to provide a personal service, so these are names and faces you will hopefully come to know well!
What services do you provide?
Abell Building Services Ltd provide experienced home builders for all kinds of work, ranging from home extensions and loft conversions to bathroom and kitchen refurbishments. We also work on commercial premises, and you can find examples of these projects in our Portfolio. We would encourage you to get in touch with any enquiry as our team is experienced and versatile, and it is likely we can deliver the building services you need.
Where are Abell Building Services based?
Abell Building Services Ltd is on Leckhampton Road in Loughborough but our work takes place throughout Leicestershire and beyond, wherever the current project is located. You don’t need to travel to us in person, as we are happy to take enquiries by telephone or via the form on our Contact Us page, which allows us to get back to you directly via email if you prefer.
Can you build my newbuild property?
Yes, we can. We work on newbuild projects of all sizes, from garages and outbuildings to large commercial premises such as equestrian centres. You can see examples of past projects in our Portfolio or contact us to find out if we can provide the design and build services you need for your planned newbuild project.
Can you work on commercial premises?
Yes, we can. Our origins are in home extensions and domestic refurbishments but we have a strong and growing portfolio in commercial buildings too. In the Loughborough area alone, we have worked on schools and university buildings, NHS hospitals, nursing homes and equestrian centres, to name a few.
Can you work from existing plans/design?
Yes, we can. We are happy to provide complete design services for kitchen refurbishments, home extensions and other such projects, but if you have already had the project designed and just need somebody to build it according to the plans, we can do that too.
Why should I hire Abell to plan my home extension/refurb?
We provide full, professional design services, including any structural work and interior layout plans needed for your project. By hiring Abell for the design stage, this means we can suggest appliances and other fixtures and fittings, supply them and install them as part of the building work. It’s easier than coordinating multiple third-party designers and suppliers, and it allows us to offer you a lower price overall on a single contract.
